About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly and annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning process for the company, working closely with the HOF, business leaders, and the finance team to provide accurate financial projections and insights

  • Develop and maintain financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize results

  • Develop and implement financial reporting and analysis tools, dashboards, and metrics to track and monitor key performance indicators

  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, helping to drive business objectives and growth initiatives

  • Lead the development of processes and tools to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities, including identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements

  • Manage and mentor a lean team of financial analysts, providing coaching and development opportunities to support their growth and success

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, driving collaboration and alignment across the organization

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

  • MBA or CMA a plus

  • 12-18 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis and business partnering

  • Experience leading and managing a team of financial analysts

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial planning and analysis processes and tools

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in a fast-growing company, ideally in technology or infrastructure industries

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools, including and BI tools

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under tight deadlines

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural environments.
