Estate Management Manager

The Estate Management Manager will drive the contract renewals for expiring contracts with lessors and is responsible for the lessor database, contact information, bank information, and other key details. This role requires generating regional reports on the status of existing sites and its contract renewal. Additionally, the Estate Management Manager will also take care of the internal processes of issuing and closing PO’s related to Estate Management and timely billing of services rendered by the vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Drives the Contract renewals for expiring contracts with Lessors:

   - Renews 95% of contracts for renewal year on year

   - Works with Legal for Contract concerns and Issues

   - Make sures that contract renewals are within Lease Cap

2. Responsible for lessor data base, contact information, bank information and other key details.

3. Generates regional reports on the status of existing sites and its contract renewals.

4. Vendor Management – Monitors development of contracts awarded to Vendors. Organizes regular checkpoints with vendors to discuss status of contracts, help needed, timeline management gives general direction to the vendors.

5. Coordinates with internal stake holders to make sure that needed Estate Management requirements are met. i.e. Operations team, Documentation team and Legal Team

6. Defines gaps and recommends process improvements.

7. Takes care of the internal processes of issuing and closing PO’s related to Estate Management and timely billing of services rendered by the vendors.

8. Coordinates with SAQ and OPS team for escalated issues on lessor concerns.

Qualifications

1. Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.

2. With work experiences and trainings relevant to the job position.

3. Must have Legal and Contract Skills, Negotiation Skills, and Vendor Management Skills.
