Responsibilities
In-charge of tracking, processing, and verifying all Lease requests from SAQ and Estate Management Team
Coordinating of verified lease requests to Finance Team
Attending queries/concerns of Lessors & SAQ coordinators (payment status, updates on bank account, copy of contracts)
Checking updates from Master Tracker of PMOÂ (Sites with secured BP, SKOMed & which site started the excavation works)
Coming up with reports pertaining to lease payments
Updating the Site tracker on lease items
Reconciling account/lease payments
Other tasks that Finance department requires
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
With experience in relevant field and admin work for 3 years
Has coordination skills and Microsoft office skills
