Job Requirements/Specifications
Key Responsibilities:
Partner management by providing coaching, leadership, and direction of day-to-day guidance.
Responsible for Energy Management, Site Management, Fault reduction, Preventive & corrective Maintenance (AC/DC Systems - DG, Rectifiers, Battery Bank, AC-Panels, Transformer, etc.), Infra Provider (IP) Management, Data Management, Service Partner Management, Customer Management, O&M Billing, Cleanness of sites, and Asset Management
Monitors, measures, report and manages the operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of Service Partners, In-house Service teams and ESCO Partners
Expected to participate in the designing and revision of efficient & effective Preventive Maintenance routines and procedures
Manage infrastructure upgrade activities
Performs managing and continuous evaluation of the In-House team job coordination and planning functions such as reviewing schedules to identify job intervals, addressing material issues, evaluating skill requirements, assessing resource requirements versus availability, approving quality plans, coordinating job/customer visits, working with customer, etc.
Interface to the customer and handles customer complaint of field maintenance work.
Manages all operational reporting and escalations to management within the region.
Coordinate with NOC for efficient implementation of service request and complaint handling
Validate bills & invoices and ensures timely payments of rent, diesel, and Grid/Electricity charges are made correctly against works/services rendered or executed.
Responsible for handling site access issues in the regions.
Develop a tracker for activities/ projects for effective monitoring & controlling.
Relationship Management with strategic 3rd Party Suppliers and Service Partners.
Capable of working independently and delivering appropriate and timely feedback to senior team members and management as required.
Must be able to perform under pressure and deliver in line with set goals and KPI’s.
Must be able to travel to site to inspect technical issues if requiredProject Management and control Spare parts managementSupports cross departmental queries and escalations.
The employee shall comply with the provisions of health, safety, and environment legislation in the Philippines, and shall also comply with FTAPs policies and procedures including occupational health and safety and wellness policies, and any modifications to any policy that may be introduced from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree as Electrical/Electronic Engineer (or similar)
5-10 years cognate experience in Telecommunications Operations & Maintenance.Driving License
