Frontier officially largest towerco in Philippines with 3,000+ towers following 2 further SLB closings

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Frontier is pleased to announce that yesterday it achieved two further closings on its sale and lease back transactions with Globe and Smart. With Globe we completed the handover of a fifth batch of 120 sites. We will be assuming operational responsibility of this last batch immediately, building on the completion of operational takeover of all sites purchased from Globe at the end of October. With PLDT we completed the handover of a second batch of 136 Smart sites. These last 2 closings take us well across the 3,000 sites mark, cementing our position as the largest towerco in the country as we continue on our journey to enhance digital connectivity and inclusion throughout the Philippines for our customers and the people of the Philippines.
